This site was created to be a home for the Church Of God Web Ring. This web ring is a free service. Web rings are a means of getting more people to your site...some people like to think of them as fellowship rings. It also means providing some interesting and edifying links for your viewing audience. Wouldn't you like to provide a source of truth to other webring members as well as all the viewers on the World Wide Web? (You can provide a disclaimer statement of your own, use the default one provided, or remove the sentence entirely.) The banner (shown below) will be a link to your site from every other site in the ring. A web ring can be a great way to spread the gospel....to be well-linked and still maintain your independence from direct association. As the web ring grows ...so does your important ministry. The banner above is the exact banner you have to display on your site. Of course your site's title will be in place of ours as site owner of your COGRing banner. Navigation within the ring is rather simple. Click the text in the Ring banner to activate commands.

HOW TO JOIN: Its really fairly simple. You just click the following link: http://m.webring.com/wrman?ring=churchofgodring&addsite. On the right-hand side of the page you will see where to JOIN to become a member of this Ring, visit this URL: After you submit your application you will be auto-sent an email which will contain the Script you will need to add to your Home or Ring page to have the Navigation Bar (webring banner) appear properly on your site. This should be done while awaiting approval notice. THE PAGE URL YOU USE TO LINK TO US MUST BE THE PAGE THAT DISPLAYS THE BANNER.

We will review your site to consider ring membership and will respond to all requests submitted in a timely manner- usually 7 days or less. This webring may not be for everybody. We have only the following criteria:

1.)You must be a church or member of the various COG's, organized or independent, so-called "Living Room COG's", etc. Acknowledgment of such should appear on your site.

2.)You should believe that the God family consists of God the Father and His only Son the Christ; and that the holy spirit is the power from God and not a third person or homeostasis of the Father. Contrary evidence should not appear on your site.

3.) Believe in keeping the commands of God - including the weekly Sabbath and 7 annual Holydays. Evidence of such MUST appear on your site.

4.) You should not be committing idolatry in regard to worshipping any man or organization on your page.

5.) You should read our "Do NOTs" listed below to be sure you are joining the right ring.

As for all other doctrines...provide them on your site so they can be viewed by the rest of the Ring and the whole World Wide Web. Let your light shine unto others!

Do NOT apply for ring membership if you are: a Sunday keeping site; a secular site; a Judaism related site; a non-Holyday keeping site; if you believe that speaking in tongues means unintelligible sounds uttered; if you allow some kind of spirit to 'overtake you' and make you to shake, roll and or laugh uncontrollably; if you do not want to display the proper script for the Nav Bar; if you worship men or other idols; if you will think we are condemning you if we reject your site for membership; or if you just 'collect' webrings and want another one for your page.

If you are a Christian site that does not meet our criteria - please know that we applaud your work for Christ and do not mean to offend you by not allowing you in this particular ring. There are numerous web-rings to join - not all are for everybody - if you meet the criteria of this one please do apply. We are not saying any of this arrogantly - but must stand true to our faith - please do not judge us harshly for doing so.
