TRUE LOVE

Father, I'm a sinner
I've transgressed your way
I've turned my face from you
yet you never looked away

You sent your Son to die for me
as the wages of sin demand.
You gave your spirit unto me
and revealed to me your plan.

You taught me love, my Father
Now I've become your son
Jesus, my older brother says
that we will be as one

We all must die a single death
but when He comes he'll raise us
Jehovah will come and cleave to us
and we shall sing His praises.
